Red Mud Pulled Beef Burger Ingredients

3 lbs lean chuck roast or bottom round
2 cups Red Mud BBQ Sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 diced garlic cloves

Place beef roast in crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Place the lid on the crockpot and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Remove roast from the pot and shred meat using 2 forks.

Place shredded meat back in crockpot and stir to coat the meat well. Spoon barbecued beef onto toasted hamburger buns and serve with extra sauce.

Serves 6 to 8. Serve with a glass of Merlot from Llano Estacado Winery.
